Own brand large breed puppy food is excellent. Ingredients compare favourably with the likes of much more expensive brands and just the right protein/fat ratio to support rapid but heathy growth .

I called and called but no one answers the phone . And when they do I asked to send a big bag of food back they said I'll email you a returned label and a week and a half later I'm still wating . I can't be bothered to call again and not get through. Waist off time

I paid for next day delivery however the order did not turn up until the day after the delivery date. Furthermore, I sent an email to Big Dog complaining about the delay and I did not receive any mail to acknowledge the issue. Poor customer service

I have a big Dogue De Bordeaux and he loves a ball, especially the kong ball. His last one was loved to death after 6 months. Love the fast delivery will buy again, it is a great price for hours of fun

I ordered a cool coat which came very quickly. However when I went to use it on my dog I found it dripped constantly for hours from the fabric part where there was none of the inner padding. I tried everything to stop the dripping but without success. I then contacted Big Dog World to ask them if they had any suggestions. I never did get a reply which didn't impress me. Even if they didn't know the answer they could have told me that. As it is the cooling part of the coat works well but the dripping isn't great. My Newfoundland loves water so she's a happy girl but it's not great having water all over the floor.
