I placed an order for pet loader, expensive, immediately as my concerns regarding my dog usage were addressed, Prompt delivery, I echo other reviews I recommend this company to all. Regarding the product the pet loader iof you have an eldery dog who has visited the super vet be prepared to take time and lots of treats to get them to use the pet loader,,,but when they do use it its brilliant. Well worth the money,

Aug 16,2018The cushion for the bed I bought was advertised as 12cm deep and suitable for an Irish wolfhound. The cushion I received has big lumps, thin areas and a lot of it had no padding at all. I will upload pictures if I can if not if there is a contact button please ask and I’ll happily send them to save anyone else from this shocking service. No way was this suitable for anything to lie on, let alone a giant breed dog as it was advertised for. I contacted the company and sent them clear pictures. They refused to accept a return unless I paid a £12 fee or returned it myself. Any reasonable person would be able to see that the cushion sent was not as advertised and clearly not usable but they still charged me the fee after getting it back. I cannot stress how disgusted I am-they sent me a picture of someones else's dogs on the same kind of bed, send me one of Neil Stanton’s dog on this specific cushion, without the cover so I can see it’s the same one, because there is no way you’d put your own dog through the discomfort of trying to sleep on it. I have read the reply, I only wish I could add pictures of the state this cushion was in. There is no way a bit of pulling would have made the inner usable and no way it would have been uniformly 12cm thick if there was. I absolutely reject this reply.

Jul 22,2018Good quality leather goods. Lovely leather lead in the cognac. Matches the elk leather collar my dog already has (unfortunately couldn’t afford the elk lead so got the standard leather. However, it is a perfect length and very comfortable in hand. The clasp is sizeable and strong looking. Large pizzles were shorter than I thought they would be but very chunky and lasted longer than I thought!
