Jun 02,2017The rubber ball and stick were of very good quality but unfortunately the Charlie Crocodile soft toy was awful (£9.99). The write up could have been talking about a completely different product. Its stuffing was out within a few minutes and seams undone. We have a Bernese Mountain dog who is non aggressive but likes to have a good old chew. I did e mail BDW 2 weeks ago and have given them plenty of time to respond but have heard absolutely nothing, hence the 3 stars. Avoid the croc at all costs and get something of similar quality at B & M for a fraction of the price.

May 11,2017This memory foam cushion bed is really good, I bought a Large size. It's thick in depth and is large enough for my Giant Schnauzer to lay on his side sprawled out, he loves it. The zip is nice & long so you don't have to struggle taking the cushion pads out in order to wash the cover. I would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends. Delivery was quick too. very reasonable price when compared to other flimsy cushions. This was a bargain.

Oct 06,2016I came across this web site by chance and I'm very happy I did, owning a Newfie I've always found it difficult to find beds, blankets or toys big enough or strong enough for durability or comfort, I needed a safer way to get her in and out of a jeep, she's afraid of the ramp so I found the steps I was looking for on bigdogworld, I have received emails and updates since I placed the order and have been kept informed of the status of the delivery. I can't recommend bigdogworld highly enough, you'll find everything you need on this site.

Oct 02,2015like most people, I was wary about my first purchase from a company I'd never dealt with, but as I had questions that needed answers before I bought anything I used the online chat, my word I was so impressed, he was so helpful, once I had all my answers I bought a pink collar for my GSD, it arrived amazingly quickly it's lovely exactly what I needed, I had so much confidence I then bought 2 coats for the winter, this too involved on line chat due to my questions, I am delighted I found this site and can only describe it as full of quality customer service, and quality products, a delightful place to find anything for my lovely big dogs that actually fit !!!!! I hope they continue to grow and prosper they are lovely doggy people who care about their customers, and the human companions that pay. Well done 5***** it doesn't get better than this.

Secondly goods arrived next day as promised and exceptionally well packaged for travel so arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use again and would recommend them with question.

May 18,2015i do like your product but i have an issue with the delivery, i ordered at 8.30 on a friday morning - you state that the goods with be delivered the next day if you order before 1pm - NOT ON A FRIDAY THEY WONT!. I checked the status of my delivery on Saturday morning & my parcels had been loaded on to the van at 1.50 on Monday i am still waiting!!!!
