They had it in stock so thought I would give them a try. Fantastic I ordered the food on a Thursday night and it arrived on Monday - great service and great selection - will definitely use them again

Dec 10,2013I have now used this site twice for large bags of dog biscuits (as recommended by our vet) and which none of my local pet stores keep in stock. Excellent service from Big Dog World and very competitive price. Two large bags of biscuits or one bag and a dog toy (spoilt dog) means no delivery charge. Delivered within 2 days of ordering and I get an email from the delivery service to tell me at what time it will be delivered. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

ARDEN GRANGE MINI BITES he really enjoyed them unfortunately he ate them all .I looked in all the pet shops near by but could not find them. the internet came to my aid. Dec 22,2013The order came in an open big box. One of the bowls was rusty around the rim. The dog coat was certainly not worth the money. Plus I was told that I had to pay £14 to send it back by their courier. Won't be using again.
