They contacted me shortly after submitting my order to see if I wanted to see a demonstration ring in white gold as special orders are not returnable. I declined, but it was nice to know they wanted to ensure my satisfaction prior to making my ring. The ring is stunning! It was made to order and then shipped on the 10th business day as promised via Fedex 2-day (with signature required to deliver). Overall a great experience with them.

I had to use google and my imagination to pick the right carat weight. Hoping to get many years from these beautiful earrings.
