After calling Birkat Elyon to discuss my order and rush shipping requirements, the associates were extremely helpful in meeting all my needs. The order was processed before I got off the phone and less than 5 days later the ring shipped via fedex to the address I provided. They were even kind enough to produce a back up ring if the first was not an adequate fit but it ended up fitting very well. Thanks so much for making my proposal so very special. She, and everyone who lays eyes on it, loves it.

My husband and I ordered several beautiful jewelry pieces from Birket Elyon. We get many compliments every time we wear them. We plan on buying from them again around Christmas. We reached out to Rebecca when we first decided to go look at a few of their products . Rebecca called me back the very next day and we set up an appointment to meet her the following week. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca and we were very impressed not only with her professionalism but also with the quality of the jewelry. We bought 2 pieces on the spot and I ordered a necklace the following week. My necklace arrived within 9 business days just as I was promised. I highly recommended their products and their service.

It took way to long to get my ring. It seemed like they were always taking days off, which slowed down my order. When I finally received my ring, it was not the quality I was expecting for the price I’d paid for the ring. I sent it back the same day I received it($50 shipping) they did process my refund pretty fast., but still waiting for my credit card to be credited.

We have ordered a few things from them over the years. No complaints on merchandise, only that this time we waited over the allotted time for an item. When we emailed about it, there was no response, only a “shipped” email and it wasn’t 2 days shipping like normal.

No problems at all. Thy were nice and professional. Only one complaint; I found the exact ring I wanted however they could not modify the size of the central stone. No big deal, just a small hiccup and it did not alter my choice. All in al, they were great.
