Aug 24,2018Though the experience I had with the representative was friendly and accommodating, the fact that they charge a $25 restocking fee for an order that was not to my liking was extremely dissatisfying and upsetting! The product was never even removed out of the box and packaged exactly the way it was sent to me so to be charged $25 To put it back in inventory was ridiculous! Though the merchandise was of good quality, I would never deal with a company that has this type of policy again!! I would hardly consider that “customer service”

Aug 17,2018I chose the Round .40 carat wedding band and could not be more pleased. The quality in this substantial piece of jewelry is obvious, and the service I received was excellent. Side note: I originally purchased a band through my jeweler that looks nearly identical (slightly higher carat weight, but 13 diamonds so they are smaller), which "matched" my engagement ring. The ring cost over $1,100, but the I-color paled in comparison to my D-color solitaire, so I returned it and looked for a quality, reasonably-priced alternative. This is it! I now wish we had purchased the engagement ring from Birkat Ellyon, as we would have saved several thousand dollars!

I am in between sizes so I would have made that request had I known, but they did make an accommodation for me with the centre stone which I very much appreciate. I haven’t officially started wearing it yet, but I’m sure it will get lots of compliments.

Aug 04,2018I never received my purchase. After three failed attempts by phone, I waited an extended amount of time for my purchase. Eventually, I canceled my purchase. I did speak with one of your employees who told me that UPS lost my merchandise and couldn’t find it. I told her that I canceled my order. I was genuinely impressed with the look of your jewelry on the website. I don’t know if the quality is as beautiful in person though.
