Bought something but two days later told its no longer in stock. Needs to regularly keep stock and website updated. Got refund but nothing to cover the inconvience

I ordered a cardigan which was then out of stock . It was in the sale at 20 % off . Ok this happens no way to magic another cardigan . They quickly responded and I have to give 5 stars as they clearly care about customer service thank you .

Bought an item of clothing, which had clearly been worn before. The stitched label was half hanging off and there were no other card labels attached to it, as is normal for designer items. The customer service person assured me that all items go through quality control before being dispatched. This is clearly untrue. They should advertise used/imperfect items as such. I won’t be buying from them again as I don’t trust the company.
