The earrings arrived attractively packed however they weren't boxed so one of the sticks was slightly bent. I was able to bend it back but I would have expected them to have more protection. They are lovely earrings though.

Unfortunately, I had to return an item that I had ordered online. The lady in the shop was very helpful. I tried on a few items whilst there and again helpful, but above all honest advice/opinion (and not pushy). I appreciate that!

The products arrived beautifully wrapped, and promptly. If returns are necessary, the process is simple and funds refunded promptly. Usually, the clothes don't go back as the sizing guide is accurate and the clothes are too nice to return!

Biscuit have a great variety of clothing by independent designers. Their range covers all price ranges unlike many other boutiques which only stock high end clothing which is very expensive. They dispatch quickly and returns are really simple which is so important when shopping online.

I had a really quick reply to a question that I had posed on Instagram and then the products arrived quickly. The packaging was ok, not brilliantly parcelled up but it had been on a courier and I don't really need lots of fancy boxes... just me the clothes to try!!! I had a couple of returns and the refund is due in the next day or so as that is when it's due as per the email acknowledging my return. I would definitely order from Biscuit again.
