I would have given five stars but after removing the labels and wearing one pair of trousers I realised that the wrong size to what I ordered had been sent. It’s not a huge problem but wonder what the size I’d ordered might have been like!

In fairness I have ordered from Biscuit before and been really pleased with purchases and service. Recently though I was charged for 4 items ordered, but only 3 ever arrived. They sadly didn’t fit and I keep having to chase a refund although it was sent back guaranteed delivery so arrived fine, I hope this is a blip, but just beware….

I bought a lovely Bash dress in the Glasgow shop. They only had the size 2 but I thought it was an okay fit but when I got home my husband thought it too big. I called the shop the next day and the smaller size was delivered and I got it the day after. ( Along with an irresistibly beautiful sweater) Absolutely brilliant service. I wore it to my nephew’s wedding 3 days later snd felt fabulous in it.
