Feb 06,2021I decided to go for blue haven because of their excellent package deal that they advertised. I did the process online which was way easier than I thought and after much talking with Josh who was very professional on the phone, he sorted me a price and a contract very quickly. Highly recommend to anyone.

Jan 31,2021We love our pool and use it everyday (weather permitting). It saved our sanity and kept the whole family active during the Christmas lockdown. We were very happy with all the Blue Haven staff. All the Blue Haven people that came out while building our pool were friendly, professional and happy to offer advice when asked. I would definitely recommend Blue Haven.

Jan 20,2021Decided to get a mini spa with my 10x4m pool. The contract I was presented was very clear with all the information that I needed to know. I knew the exclusions and inclusions and was confident with what I was paying for. 6* if I could put it!!!

Dec 23,2020We signed on in July and are hoping to be swimming in our pool these Christmas school holidays, there is still a fair bit of work to do but Blue Haven and Ramonda have been keeping us updated with progress reports and schedule dates, the excavation team were very professional and left the site in a very tidy manner.

The price quoted was the price paid, as per the contract. I have no hesitation in giving Blue Haven a five star review.

Dec 22,2020When we built our house, we had put in the pool shell and plumbing but didn't complete the pool. This was the year we decided to finish our pool and chose Blue Haven. This involved tiling the surrounds, all pool equipment and interior of pool. At all points we received excellent advice on equipment to use, heating options, fencing requirements etc.We decided on a mineral pool with a Heat pump to heat the pool. Leading up to Christmas, we thought we might not get the pool finished in time but even when there had to be a change in crew doing the pool interior, they still managed to find another crew to complete the job and we have our sparkling pool in time for Christmas and the holidays. Thanks Blue Haven.

Dec 21,2020Our family are so very happy with our pool! Remonda and Richie were wonderful to deal with. We are extremely happy with our new addition to our family home! Majority of the contractors were really great and friendly to deal with also. We had a tight timeline and was hoping to get it ready for Christmas and with the weather it began to be quite doubtful but Remonda, Richie and the team pulled through for us! Dec 17,2020We are so happy with our new pool. As we are new to the pool world our experience was not too stressful. Giuseppe Serratore was great from the beginning, answered all our questions and even dropped by during the build and we had coffee together. The process was fairly smooth and quick and all the trades were excellent and knowledgeable. Izza in the office kept us informed along the way and was always lovely, Anthony and his team did an excellent job with the pebblecrete and were really nice guys, Pierre and his team did an excellent job on the coping and water line tiles and finally Glenn explained everything clearly at handover and was a really nice guy. Dec 02,2020Absolute rubbish pool I don't know how qualified pool builders can walk away after installing a pool and leave leaking pipes. Have had to jack hammer up the slab to repair pipes that have been leaking since installed. Would not recommend to anyone. The pool was built at my mother's house in Florey ACT You are quiet welcome to fix your rubbish pool. 0407476666

Nov 06,2020We have just finished our pool handover with Blue Haven and have had a very good experience. Giuseppe (Sales) was excellent, came past during the build process to check in on us. Adam (builder) and the team were nothing but professional and I can't recommend them highly enough. Mark (Builder assistant) was a world of knowledge for us, getting back to us when we emailed or called and was always happy to answer any questions we had. I can't fault any of the tradesmen who came throughout the build. They were respectful and did a professional job, cleaning up after themselves and willing to give us their recommendation. Glen (Plumber) has been a really great source of information for us in cleaning and maintaining the pool. My biggest tip for anyone is to read the contract, ask questions if you are unsure and be ready for each step throughout the process. We never had one issue and highly recommend Blue Haven and the team to build you pool!

He was very informative and told me everything I needed to know about the progression of construction for the pool and told me all of the exclusions that I would have to pay for myself. Cant wait to swim in my pool and have a cocktail for when summer is properly here.
