Jun 22,2020The sales process was easy, Blue Haven had a great special 2019 which we were very interested in, after shopping around and speaking with a few pool companies, we found dealing with Giuseppe from Blue Heaven was the easiest, we felt that he was very attentive made the effort to come out and meet with us and gave us his honest opinion on what would work best for our property. I’m hoping it all goes well. Let’s see how it goes 🤞

May 25,2020We had a pool installed End of August 2019 a salt water pool we then had to wait for 4-5 weeks for the salt to be delivered. Mid December of 2019 the pebblecrete has bubbled all over the pool ( Lumps through the pebble Crete) So I called and explained the problem with the pebblecrete and was told that I would have to wait until their busy time had died down, I said ok I understand they had other jobs to complete. So I called back in late March to make sure that we had not been forgotten and was told that I needed to call back in 21days because they were starting a repair section I left it around 4weeks to call back only to be told that they were getting someone to come and inspect the pool. That has not happened and I have to chase them because they do not return phone calls, the date I was told for an inspection was today 25 May 2020 and not a phone call or a message to say that it was not going to happen.So I had to call again today only to be told that the person in the repairs department was not there, and they would call me tomorrow. All a want is the product that I have paid for not the excuses that I keep getting and the stress of dealing with this company.They are more than happy to take your money and not so helpful when the product that you paid for is defective and you want it repaired. The pool is not a year old and the issue started 4 months after they had had completed the job. The results speak for them self!!!!!

May 03,2020Yesterday I went in and saw Ramonda and Roy at Blue Haven Pools the initial experience was very professional . They paid attention to every detail that my wife and I expected out of our new pool & spa on top of Ramonda and Roy being professional the price was very competitive I recommend blue haven pools for your pool choice or spa . My wife & I will be adding to this review as we go through our Pool & Spa building experience .

Apr 04,2020Ricardo came out and sat with my wife and I to discuss our options about getting a pool. We have tight access and some complicated landscaping in our yard.Within 20 minutes of meeting I feel like we have known him for years, he came up with some brilliant ideas and was happy to discuss pricing and helped us with finance. We are very happy with the result and I will definitely be calling Ricardo if we move.

Jan 19,2020Wouldn't recommend Blue Haven to anyone! A lot of bad reviews on this site. Worst company I've ever had to deal with. They said it would take four months to complete and it took over 18. They would do something like dig the hole and then do nothing for another three months and not communicate as to what was going on. Almost always bad to deal with (rude, aggressive). Didn't have a site supervisor for months as people kept quitting the company. They refused to take the dirt away from the site at they said 'it wasn't just dirt it had some rocks in it' despite saying they would at the start of the job. Kept the site filthy with rubbish for months despite a skip bin being on site. And many other issues. Almost never replied to emails. Have a lot of friends looking to build pools and none of they have gone with Blue Haven after the experience I've had.

Nov 23,2019If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were so very disappointed with Blue Haven Pools - shoddy workmanship, incorrect measurements, coping tiles that had to be removed and re-done all with a ton of bonding agent really atrociously visible, rust-coloured stains throughout, and the list goes on. Took them to fair trading, some things were slowly fixed but we just gave up as nothing was their fault and we just grew tired of dealing with their dishonest tactics... of course they did offer to fix their mistakes if we were willing to pay them more than the contracted price to fix their faulty work. Absolutely disgusted with what I feel are nothing less than shonks.

He made our decision to get a pool very easy.. and provided us with all the information we needed.. He is an asset to Blue Haven Pools..and a very nice guy Thank you so much Roy and Blue Haven...

Oct 31,2020Really impressed with the finish of my swimming pool, looks really great with the interior that we chose. Helped with landscaping and showed colour options of how it will look with the house and the 3D design beforehand was impressive. Overall a great company to buy from. Highly recommend
