Mar 20,2018Very happy with the pool this is the best one we have had installed having had two others before.Nothing was to much for them having had a personal tragedy they were very understanding and waited until we were able to proceed again,understanding our circumstances.The crew who dug the hole were very friendly and we were amazed at their skill as not much room to manover the digger.

Nov 07,2017All I need to say here to warn other prospective customers of Blue Haven Pools is to also check the reviews on the Trustpilot page: "Bluehavenpools" as there are two separate listings on Trustpilot. Also, I noted from the Trustpilot review website "Bluehavenpools": a review dated Wednesday, 17 May 2017 headed "Oh wow" "Oh wow! We just had the most unpleasant experience with a representative from Blue Haven Pools" so I'm not the only person who has been subjected to his appalling sales tactics and unpleasant behaviour. After the terrible experience that my wife and I had to endure with the franchise of Blue Haven Pools and the parent company, I would just say be very careful when dealing with any swimming pool company, as not all have honesty and integrity and you could end up wasting a lot of your time and losing money or a deposit as we did, I learned this lesson the hard way by personal experience, my full review of Blue Haven Pools can be found and viewed on Trustpilot under "Bluehavenpools" Blue Haven Pools the parent company never took any responsibility even though I had applied on their website for the quote, and I had no idea when the Blue Haven Pools representative contacted me a day or two later that I was now dealing with a franchisee of Blue Haven Pools. The whole ordeal put us off purchasing a swimming pool, and we ended up spending much less by installing a beautiful ornate fountain water feature and landscaping the backyard, the extra money that we saved by not installing a pool we used for other home improvements, including a new kitchen and still with some money left over for us, which we now realise was a good decision that we are very happy with, as we can enjoy our backyard all year round and not just a few months a year as with a swimming pool, with less work and no extra ongoing pool upkeep expenses.

Oct 26,2017Our pool looks great. The staff were very lovely easy to talk to, however at times there was a lack of communication. I urge anyone building their own pool to read all documents clearly and ensure everyone is on the same page. There could be additional cost for things you assume are included but due to feeling excited or overwhelmed at the time things can get missed. This process is a 2 was street so just ensure everyone is happy. Now that we have set up our deck around the pool and also organised our own fencing the pool area looks like something out of a magazine. The work done on our water level tiles we brought and the colouring of the inside of the pool we chose as well as the coping we chose all colours are modern and compliment the house as well. Very happy with the finished product. A huge thank you to the ladies in the office who I spoke to over the last 2 and a bit years (please note it wouldn't normally be that long its just we signed up for our house to be built and Blue Haven wasn't able to come onsite until the house was finished but when that happened Blue Haven had it all sorted within 2 months. We needed to do the decking and the fencing before they were able to complete due to OHS...) Thank you to the builder, tiler and hand over gentleman as well you were all very patient with us throughout this whole process. Over all very happy and impressed with our outcome. Oct 21,2017We purchased a Tahoe spa from Zade at Lansvale blue haven! We are on the central coast but the sale and post care has been an excellent experience! Product is perfect and all our guests comment on how beautiful the spa is. Zade has given us exemplary customer service from start to finish. Had a minor issue with spa post purchase and zade sent a technician out immediately, with no paperwork for us to do, and under warranty. If we were ever in the market for another spa down the track, I’d call Lansvale Blue Haven First. Distance hasn’t hindered us. Could not be happier. If you are in the market for a spa, I honestly would call Zade first. Thankyou so much for treating us so well and for genuinely caring about customer satisfaction post sale. Renee - North Avoca.

May 25,2017We Engaged Blue Haven pools to build 2 pools in a duplex. Being our family homes we were quite emotionally connected and wanted the perfect pools. The build was complicated and we needed Blue Haven to be very patient with us throughout the process. The interaction was great and very responsive. The outcome was great with good advice along the way with our choices. We highly recommend Blue Haven as they made the process simple and the experience pleasant. Even now after the commissioning of the pools the support has been great.

May 16,2017The finished product is all that was expected, but I am disappointed with the dumping of surplus materials onto my lawns (solidifying into concrete constituency) and delays in refuse clean up, all of which have left much of my lawns in need of replacement.

Apr 06,2017Wonderful Pool.. family love it. Approval process went pretty well considering the hurdles local Council put up, the staff at Blue Haven handled everything. Construction was less of a hassle than I originally thought it would be as i had tne mobile number of Richie my personal supervisor, so any issue was only a phone call away. For the price the product is amazing.

Mar 29,2018Wow! Where do i start from the moment we met Mark ( salesman ) we knew we were n the right hands. He actually listened to our wants & needs not like the 2 other companies we had out beforehand. Mark designed a beautiful backyard concept from pool to landscaping topped off with a beautiful glass fence & a great price to boot. Remonda & her team in the office kept me up to date of how things were travelling throughout the whole approval process as we had a sewer issue & needed a pegout done in order to get a DA.. As for our Builder Richie & his team thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. Thankyou Blue Haven on a job well done.
