Apr 05,2017I love my Blue Haven Pool. It was an endless summer for me and family! Blue Haven gave me a 3D plan option which was fantastic so I could really visualize the backyard and landscaping. Was a great experience from start to end. Thank you Blue Haven Pools. I have no hesitate to recommend Blue Haven Pools.

Apr 05,2017All I can say is wow I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years but not one stands out more than Blue Haven Pools. From the very start our experience has been positive. We were informed of all progress and let me tell you that Remonda is a diamond in the rough. What a professional and lovely business operator she truly is. We are three quarters the way through our pool build and can't wait til it is complete. Definitely will be building with Blue Haven next time.

Mar 31,2017We had a good experience with the Bluehaven team. The communication was good, plus the owner of the company Remonda personally took an interest in the install and sorted out an issues we had. The pool was completed in a decent timeframe even with the limited access and having to build a retaining wall. The trades they used were very professional and easy to deal with. I would have no issues recommending them to friends.

Mar 28,2017Mostly ok but foreman was a bit pushy towards the end of the build, that said quite happy with the end product but did end up with a stain because the pool was filled before we were not ready. Advised through out to not fill prior to all landscaping-decking being complete, despite this pool lined and filled prior and ended up with stains on bottom of deep end.

Mar 27,2017Almost Excellent! From the beginning we were treated very well and all our concerns were met with professionalism. Nothing was a problem and our project management team (the Hamawi Brothers) were always attentive, thorough and understanding of our requirements at all times. The plumbing needed some extra work, but the design, the craftsmanship, the quality of the final product and the support all met our expectations - a mineral pool is definitely the way to go - the water is stunning!!! No goggle suntan marks here!!

Mar 23,2017Having already experienced the Blue Haven Pool experience many years ago with our first new home build (Central Coast), there was no hesitation in returning to them to discuss another new pool for our latest home (same suburb). To my delight, the original Erina sales representative from our pool #1 (Phil Anastas) was in the Warners Bay display office (and he even remembered us !!! : unbelieveable). Within days, Phil came to our house, inspected our proposed layout, took various basic measurements and came up with a fantastic design that was unique to our property shape. After an understandable short approval delay through council (due to Xmas/New Year) it wasnt long before site supervisor (Lucas) was in contact to discuss final site preparations and arrange suitable timings. Lucas and his team were thoroughly professional (as expected) with no major issues encountered. Any minor concerns or clarifications were managed quickly with all communications being easy and efficient. The finished product is sensational and I could not be more happy (again) with the entire experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Haven Pools to anyone and would certainly be another return customer if/when we ever leave our current home (which is not planned as Im looking forward to many years of pool enjoyment). In Blue Haven (Phil, Lucas and team) I trust.

Mar 20,2017We've been very happy with Bluehaven Pools Newcastle, the whole team have been great. Our timeline was tight as the block next door was vacant and building of the new house was about to commence. Bluehaven juggled to expedite the paperwork, council approval and then the dig. It's a stressful process building a pool, but they pulled out all stops including working on the weekend to get the job done. The building Supervisor Lucas was great, kept us informed, the trades guys also worked hard in the rain and mud. We'd highly recommend.

Mar 17,2017I'm so glad we chose Blue Haven to build our pool. From the beginning these guys didn't disappoint. They talk the talk but can definitely walk the walk. Remonda, Richie, Billy and Charbel, we can't thank you enough for all you guys have done. Your honesty, respect and great workmanship is second to none. They would always return my calls or emails, and always had time to answer any questions I had. I will definitely recommend Blue Haven to anybody that is considering building a pool. Mar 17,2017Over all a great experience. Angelo was our project manager. He was fantastic. The only let down we had in the whole experience was the sales person Andrew. He was pushy, bullish and straight out lied to our faces. We've never had a pool before so had very little understanding of the maintenance side. When I raused this with Andrew he said that our pool would virtually be maintenance free he also said that we wouldn't have to cut any of our trees down. Both turned out to be totally untrue. All the trees are gone and I spend several hours on cleaning and maintenance a week ( mostly due to a Neighbouring tree!) there were a number of other issues directly related to the sales pitch. If Ramonda hadn't called and discussed with me we would not have gone with Bluehaven. Angelo helped us with our expectations and worked hard at educating and explaining what was happening and what we would need to do. After hand over it was a steep learning curve in caring and maintaining for our pool. We are very happy with the finished pool and have enjoyed an incredible Summer in it. Thanks

Mar 17,2017We have built a few pools with Blue Haven over the years. This time we built a pool and spa combo at Kellyville and love it! We use the spa all year round. Our neighbors just got a swim spa from Blue Haven and they love it too. I didn't even know what a swim spa was until I saw there's go in. We love our Pool. Everything is quality finishes really built to last. Hopefully we don't move again but if we do and there's no pool I know exactly who we will use ! Thank you Blue Haven ☺

Mar 16,2017My experience with Blue Haven is positive. Ricardo saw me 3 months ago and they are planning to commence the dig as soon as the rain goes. I found Ricardo extremely easy to deal with and very artistic with his design. His presentation was on an iPad and there was no high pressure selling. The sales process was very exciting and much more fun that some of the other builders who came to quote. Ricardo got us completely involved. We are equally excited to see the finished product and have found all the office staff incredibly helpful so far . Nadene is super switched on with all the certifier approval stuff. I’d hate that job! Our pool was designed pretty close to the sewer which set us back over $1000 to get a sewer peg out but once Sydney water did the on-site measurements we re-designed the pool and they found a solution that helped us save time and money. Thank you to the whole team so far. I’ll keep you posted.

Mar 16,2017I went with Blue Haven knowing that they are a solid, industry standing company who have led the market for decades. They always guaranteed me best value for money which is what they delivered on. Though what i didnt expect was such an impressive level of customer service which made me feel like my needs were always heard and i was more than just a number. Remonda (the owner/director) took the time to call me on several occasions when i had requested clarification on certain construction stages. Overall, i would highly recommend them and advise to speak to Remonda if you get a chance as she is truly professional and accomodating. A pleasure to deal with.

Mar 16,2017I'll try and keep this short. So my wife and I built with Bluehaven Pools and what a great experience it was. We had the dilemma of building our house and pool at the same time but with separate contractors. It all started with Andrew in sales, he came round to our place, we had a lengthy discussion about what our needs were, mainly budget, 3 kids etc. And Andrew came up with the perfect pool for us in the allocated space we had 8m x 4m with many obstacles, sewers etc... And importantly the price came in $7k less than one of their major competitors. Then we had to excavate pool and concrete pool shell just after the demolition of the house. All work was done efficiently in minimal time and no impact on our build. The pool was then put on hold to enable us to build our home. On completion of the house being built I spoke to Billy my pool site manager and nothing was too hard for Billy. From coordinating the extra lights being put in (and the pools looks hot at night Billy, thanks), the finishing of the pool interior, the tiling in and around the pool. All in all done professionally, looks amazing and in minimal time as me, the misses and the 3 kids have had a ball swimming in our Mineral Pool since November 2016. That leads me into the mineral side of things. We are all a huge fan of how nice it feels to swim in this pool, there is no awful salt or chlorine feel to it and we are now at March, I've been running the pool since October, and the running costs are minimal. All I can say is if you communicate with the right people like Remonda, Billy (site manager), Rob (pool commissioning) the outcome can be harmonious for a great end result. Thanks again to all at Bluehaven, my family are stoked with our Mineral Pool. Cheers.

Apr 06,2017We recently had a small pool installed in our sloping front yard by Blue Haven Pools that just seemed to be too hard for anyone else. Most just didn't turn up when they found out where it was to go. Phil worked closely with council to get it through and approved which was the longest part of the process. Lucas supervised the install and all the trades for a great outcome and we love our new pool. The few little issues we had during the process were addressed by quickly by Lucas and we couldn't be happier with the result.
