Great but some lacking in order information and packaging. When i've tried to click on my order link inside mails, it send me on website, but no informations, page load but without any informations about my order. And for my order, no damage but box was fill with all elements i ordered without anything protecting them and almost no original box like for my portafilter in just a plastic bag... But prices are good!

I am extremely happy with the service delivered. The spares for my beloved Capuccino machine arrived on time and had a reasonable price. There was a surprise with the import duties to Colombia charged by DHL, so perhaps the shipping costs should be computed including those import duties, so there are no surprises.
