I ordered a pressure tester for a Gaggia Classic. It was quick, well packed, a lot cheaper than anywhere else, and my coffee is better now (14 bar lowered to 10). What more could I ask? Fantastic service!

The items were not packed appropriately. The wrapping was not covering each item separately and they knocked each other in the box and eventually arrived damaged with dents and scraps

Easy to navigate website. Prices are very competitive. Fast shipping and delivery to the USA/New Jersey via FedEx. Reasonable shipping cost. All in all, a pleasure!

Professional, experienced, supportive!! This is the second time I've used Blue Star Coffee's services for part for my beloved Ascaso. The first time was about 5 years ago. Service is quick and smooth, email support responds timely, offering advice on purchased parts as well as additional material that might become handy during the service process. Prices are reasonable and delivery across Europe flawless (although, delivery costs are a bit expensive from Ireland to Greece). Thank you guys for keeping my coffee maker alive into its second decade!!

Ya he comprado varias veces en esta tienda y estoy tremendamente contento. Buen servicio, envío muy rápido a España y precios muy ajustados. He tenido que cambiar en el último momento algunos pedidos e incluso me han atendido un domingo por la tarde/noche. Volveré a repetir con ellos cuando necesite algo, sin ninguna duda. I have already bought several times from this shop and I am extremely happy. Good service, very fast delivery to Spain and very reasonable prices. I have had to change some orders at the last minute and they even helped me on a Sunday afternoon/evening. I will repeat with them again when I need something, without any doubt.

I regularly order Agust brand "Natura Equa" coffee beans from the Blue Star Coffee company. Lovely beans that make a great espresso (100% Arabica, Organic, Fair Trade). I have been buying from Blue Star Coffee for over 15 years now (since 2007) :- they are professional and friendly, and always delivered beans and equipment without delay - so I have always been happy to recommend them. This month, for the first time ever, there was a mix up with my order (yes - no problems with any previous orders over the last 15 years !) ... but as soon as I contacted them, they dealt with the problem and shipped the replacement beans (and issued a refund for the costs I incurred) immediately. Based on how the Blue Star Coffee customer service agent addressed this problem I'm even happier to recommend them now.
