Apr 04,2024Sehr zverlässig und eine rasche Lieferung überzeugen mich, wer dies sowie Irland und seine Menschen mag, sollte dieses Unternehmen unterstützen. Überdies suchte ich im Netz vergeblich nach geeignetem Werkzeug, um den Gruppenverschluß für das Steig-/Tauchrohr meiner La Pavoni Europiccola fachgerecht lösen zu können. Ich fand es einzig bei Blue Star Coffee - daher müßte es eigentlich Gold Star Coffe heißen.

Apr 03,2024Wow, cannot believe I came across this site. Very sceptical as, a) parts were available, and B) price was super reasonable. I'm in Nelson, NZ so did take about 12days to go from international departure, through customs and onto our local freight company. Still under 3 weeks from order date. Extremely happy to recommend.

Blue Star shipped the replacements for me before receiving the wrong ones back, and didn't even charge me the additional shipping! Spectacular support - above and beyond... Thanks again!

Mar 16,2024Ordered a Profitec “generic” bottomless porafilter and received an obvious knock-off. I was cheap, only $40 delivered to the US, and it works as it should so it gets 3 stars. Blue Star Coffee has since updated the product description to make it clear this is an aftermakrket portafilter not made by Profitec, which I appreciate.

Mar 04,2024Ho trovato nel loro negozio un articolo che cercavo da tempo (portafiltro bottomless Pavoni) ad un ottimo prezzo; dopo pochi giorni ho ricevuto il pacchetto ma con l'articolo non corretto. Li ho contattati via email ed hanno provveduto rapidamente ad inviarmi l'articolo giusto rimborsandomi anche le spese sostenute per la restituzione. Rapidi, disponibili, efficenti, è stata un'ottima esperienza, magari fosse sempre così...

Mar 02,2024To be honest, I was mega dubious of these guys. The group gasket on my delonghi dedica had gone and I was searching around for a replacement. Not that I search for stuff much but my inner sceptic thought, "How do they have all the parts I need and at a decent rate?!" It turns out I was not the subject of a social engineering scam, they are in fact legit and just a great website with great rates, grrat delivery and hassle free shopping for all your coffee machine needs. Coffee machine is now working again. Thanks!

Feb 23,2024Fast delivery with no problems whatsoever. The 3 way solenoid I ordered has fixed the issue with my sage barista express which has no water coming through the group. What the steel elbow sorted the leak I had and is much better than the plastic one which is very hard to find in stock anywhere. Very happy to use these guys again.

Apr 06,2024Excellent site pour commander des pièces détachées pour machine expresso. Les prix sont très corrects et beaucoup de références sont disponibles (pour ma part machine Lelit PL41Tem). Interlocuteur réactif et de plus fait de beaux gestes commerciaux suite à une référence indiquée comme indisponible. Expédition et réception rapide. Frais de ports plus que raisonnable comparés à d'autres sites de vente de pièces détachées. Après plusieurs commandes , je recommande totalement Blue Star Coffee.
