Jan 21,2024Painfully slow delivery. I ordered 1 item on 10/01/24 and another item on the next day 11/01/24. They decided to send the items separately a week apart from each other, although I ordered them a day apart. This is unacceptable for me. I wouldn't order anything else from this company...life's too short!

Jan 13,2024Just received my second order from Blue Star. So far they are a full 5 Star!! Great prices and quality product. I'm using ACS (San Marko style) leva coffee gear so accessories and parts not as commonly stocked by most espresso shops as they are 54mm not the more readily available 58mm. All as advertised. Quicker than expected delivery. 5 days using the standard service. I'm always a bit hesitant to order anything from outside the UK mainland. Will certainly be using blue star regularly. Keep up the good work.

I cannot comment on the solenoids I purchased as the machine still did not work after I replaced the faulty solenoids and I have no method to check them :( but cannot fault the company and would certainly use them again and recommend them. Jan 11,2024I placed an order on 24 december 2023 and the items are currently in transit. It is now 11 januari, and I'm getting a second reminder to do a review while I have not seen my order. The order process was smooth. I'm eager to receive my items and provide a more comprehensive review once I've had a chance to evaluate them. For now, I'll give the webshop a temporary rating of 3 stars. edit: I got my package today. Quality is nice. As I cannot give 4,5 stars I have to give 4 stars because of the timing for asking for a review while I was still waiting for the package. All in all I would buy here again, and I really love the IMS filter basket. I did not expect that the taste difference would change so much!
