Sehr, sehr guter und persönlicher Kunden-Support. Immer ansprechbar; auch bei besonderen Support-Anfragen bekommt man zügig fachliche Beratung und Hilfe von echten Bergmenschen. Brutal gut; auch wenn man meinen könnte, das ein Online-Shop dieser Größenordnung individuellen Support nicht mehr anbieten müßte; Blue-Tomato macht´s einfach. Mitarbeiter hängen sich wirklich rein; Schnell, unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch. Alles wirklich Tiptop!

Locken einen mit günstigen Angeboten, die reduziert sind und warten bis man bezahlt hat. Wenn man dann bezahlt hat behaupten sie, dass das Produkt nicht mehr lieferbar sei und bieten einem einen 10€ Gutschein an, mit welchem man dann ein viel teureres Produkt kaufen soll. Geben ab dann keine Antwort mehr auf die Emails und wenn man anruft total unfreundlich. Blue Tomato=Verarschung Geld ist auch noch keines zurückgekommen!

I ordered a pair of pants 2.5 weeks ago. The pants didn’t fit and I wanted to return it. Because of the Blue Tomato policy, I didn’t get a return label and had to pay the delivery costs myself. That’s why I didn’t get a receipt of the delivery, contacted Blue Tomato and they kept telling me that I need a receipt. But they didn’t get me one and now the package is somewhere in between. I want my money back, but they won’t give it to me. Customer service of Blue Tomato is the worst!

Na eerder dit jaar hier een skateboard te hebben gekocht - waarmee ik nog steeds tevreden ben - heb ik me opnieuw laten bijstaan bij het samenstellen van een snowboard. Alweer zeer tevreden met het advies in de winkel in Antwerpen. Altijd super fijn om hier te winkelen. Let it snow!

I have spent nearly three, frustrating weeks trying to return a product to Blue Tomato. At first there were issues with their return portal on their website. They then sent me a code to drop the parcel off that did not work, with an error message suggesting the return had not been created correctly. This happened twice. Even though they advertise returns from the UK through their website, one customer service rep then said not all places actually received drop offs. So then they said they would arrange for the item to be picked up at mine but the courier never arrived. This also happened twice so two wasted days waiting at home and another week gone by. I received no communication from the courier so I do not know if the pick up was even arranged correctly in the first place. This was blamed on new staff! Their last resort was to send me a generic link to the courier's website and told me to book it myself, at the expense of my own time, effort and money. Passing it to me to sort it out when it was clearly an issue on their side! I was patient and tried four different attempts to return the item, with assurance each time that it would work this time. Will not buy from them again and would not recommend to anyone because of all this hassle and poor service. I only wish I had seen other reviews on here before ordering because difficulties returning items seems a very common issue. So maybe I can warn someone - Avoid!!!

I ordered a jumper on Sunday with their 2-5 day delivery and sent an email saying I needed to be delivered within the timeframe - nothing complex. A customer service agent told me it would be shipped in the morning. The jumper was not dispatched for another 24 hours, and now my expected delivery is after the 5-day delivery period - after I leave and will not be home for a few weeks. Their customer service is awful, just informing me the jumper is expected to be delivered on Monday and not referring to any other part of my emails. I've even offered to pay to have it reshipped to the UK and they won't email me back... No I don't have a trusted person to sit in my apartment until 10pm on working day to receive a late parcel which is a Christmas present and I'm away until after Christmas.

Ich war das erste Mal mit meinem Enkel im Blue Tomato in Chur an der Steinbockstrasse! Ich staunte nur über diese sehr freundliche Bedienung dieser jungen Crew und ihrer hohen Fachkompetenz. Werde dieses Geschäft wieder besuchen, denn sowas ist ja leider sehr selten geworden! Riesenkompliment! 👍☘️ Ich hoffe, dass diese Bewertung an der richtigen Stelle ankommt! Using a gift card online works unreasonably bad. I had a 200 € gift card, of which I used 57 euros for one purchase. It says on the gift card "your remaining credit will remain on your account". I should've had 142 euros left after the order, but it was nowhere to be seen. I had to call the customer service two times to get my credit, and even then the process of using the credit is very tedious and cumbersome. You have to enter a new code (which they gave my by email after two calls) into a comment field and pay the order first and then get the money back with the code. I mean, how hard would be to implement a system where the remaining gift card credit would just be automatically usable without having to pay for the order first with a credit card and the waiting (fingers crossed) to get the money back? Please, do something about this system. Thank you.

Just ordered a pair of step on boots and forgot that I want another item, wall mount for the board. I reached out through whatsapp and and see if I can add them to the same order. Got a fast response but also, got the item added to the same order free of charge which of course it’s share worthy 🔥
