Jan 19,2024Board Bindung bestellt, Lieferzeit 1-2 Tage.. Nach einer Woche, am Abend bevor es ins Zillertal geht kommt die Bindung an, beim auspacken sehe ich schon das sie defekt und unbrauchbar ist, naja kann passieren. Im Urlaub board mit Bindung geliehen 140€. Wieder zuhause angekommen, Bindung zurück gesendet, Reklamation wurde angenommen und bestätigt..jetzt wollen die das Geld nicht zurückerstatteten und mir ne Gutschrift aufdrücken.. Leute, kauft da bloß nix! Fall ist bei Paypal gemeldet und meine Frau arbeitet in einer der größten Kanzleien in Bonn.. Mal schauen wie es ausgeht😉 Bloß nichts da kaufen..

Jan 18,2024+ Tuotteeseen olen tyytyväinen. Samoin hintaan. Valikoima myös hyvä. - Fedex on hanurista. En tiedä miten paljon kyseistä kuljetusliikettä käyttämällä säästää, mutta mikäli olisi muita vaihtoehtoja olisi mahtavaa. Aspasta kysyin olisiko mahdollista noutaa tuote vaikka myymälästä, mutta se ei ollut vaihtoehto (olisi hyvä jos verkkokaupasta semmoinen ominaisuus löytyisi). En itse ole arkisin kotona 8-16 aikoihin koskaan. Aspasta sanoivat että pitää fedexin kanssa itse selvitellä. Onnekseni fedex saapui "myöhässä" viiden jälkeen joten satuin olemaan jo kotona. Kerrostalossani ei ole ovikoodia tai mitään paikkaa mihin paketin voisi jemmata joten jos tilaus olisi tullut ajoissa olisivat kuskit ravanneet turhaan ovellani ja olisin joutunut loppupeleissä hakemaan fedexin varastolta. -aspa Itävallassa, ja vaikka chatissä kysyivät haluanko aspaa suomeksi ja vastasin kyllä, niin en sitä valitettavasti saanut. Paljon palautetta vaikka sainkin paketin melkein ajallaan ja kaikki ok. Ehkä enemmänkin kehitysehdotuksia. 96053403.

Jan 18,2024Verkeerde bindingen ontvangen. Waren verkeerd model én tweedehands, terwijl dit niet zo geadverteerd werd. Ik heb dit gemeld, men vertelde mij het pakket terug te sturen. Dit heb ik dan ook zo snel mogelijk gedaan. Na een maand nog steeds mijn geld niet terug gekregen. Hier koop ik nooit meer.

Jan 17,2024Was looking for a new board as an intermediate rider looking to buy my own and stop renting. I called in for product advice, and Max helped me a lot! My questions were very detailed, and long because I was looking to understanding all aspects of a snowboard. Max was patient, and very thorough in helping me understanding how the different aspects effected the board, and the way it rides. (Bend, base, stiffness, shape, effective length and etc.) I have bought the Gnu 4x4 with bindings, and feel confident that it is the right choice!

Jan 17,2024I have now ordered from the Bluetomato Online shop 3 separate times this month and every single order did not meet the expected delivery time stated when I purchased the items. The first order had an expected delivery time of 2-4 working days. I reached out after not getting any updates for 4 DAYS and was ignored for 2 more days when I got informed that my order hadn't even been dispatched... AFTER 5 working days. I was able to cancel that order and purchase in-store as I needed the items that week. The other 2 deliveries were dispatched after 2 days and will take another 2 days at least, for the delivery when the expected delivery time was 1-3 days.

Jan 16,2024I ordered snowboard pants from this site due to the good price. I didn't get any order confirmation or anything for the first few days. It was a bit strange and that's why I decided to write an email, but no answer. When the pants finally arrived, I tried them on and when they fit, I put them away for the next ski trip. After about 10 days, I went on the ski trip and put on my pants, and in one of the side pockets I discovered a still-wrapped (unused) tampon. I was shocked when I discovered this and decided to email them if someone had used the pants and then returned them and they resold them without any inspection of the goods, or what happened. No response again. In general, delivery took longer and their customer service clearly doesn't care about their customers at all, which is very disappointing. Not going to order any more from this website.
