I’ve messaged on WhatsApp, used to Blue Tomato chat box, emailed and even messaged on instagram with no response or return label received. I don’t like leaving reviews but have tried all other avenues. If anyone from BlueTomato sees this message, my order number is 96035791. Please send me a return label.

Jan 16,2024They sold something that they don’t have yet. I bought a ski helmet that was available for shipping in 2/3 days at the beginning of January. After few days I got an email saying they don’t have the helmet and it would take longer to ship, they didn’t offer any alternative. After almost two weeks I still don’t have an update and the customer support is just saying they will get it “soon” from the supplier. Very bad experience. Order #96045023
