Jan 13,2025If I could give it a zero I would… order a Mercedes travel van and I got a broken down hummer… 25 degrees and the heater in the hummer doesn’t work… literally anytime the driver tried to apply the breaks you could hear the calipers grinding on the rotors… driver tried to overcharge me… I will never use this service

Jan 12,2025Driver called and text and was on time both at pick up and return. Since that is what I paid for I can give 3 stars. But for the cost, I would’ve expected a bit more. Open the doors, not smell like pot, etc. But the worst part was generally driving at least 10 mph over the speed limit in really crazy traffic. Now I can drive MYSELF that way, but seems like a big liability for him to do so as a hired driver. But, he got me where I needed to be, when I needed to be, and that is all I could ultimately expect.
