Jan 28,2025Very comprehensive process, and the booking confirmation was emailed quickly. The only disappointment was that the room price was advertised as being £60 and the final charge was £97 - more than half the price again. I expected a surcharge, but this was excessive. No rationale provided regarding this extortionate add-on. I even spotted the insurance consent box had been ticked. The price didn't change when I deselected this. It would have been less expensive to book via several alternative platforms advertising rooms at the same hotel, on the same date,for £70. Or even with the hotel directly. This shady pricing tactic is surely teetering on a Trading Standards/ ASOS breach. Live and learn!

Jan 28,2025I don't like that the app automatically added the cancellation insurance. I didn't see anywhere in the process where I would approve adding the feature. It just showed up in the final cost. Not cool. I had to separately fill out a new form and process to get the money back. Auto adding charges is a shady practice. Plus it doesn't indicate the per day charges clear enough. This is helpful in determining cost per day with the fees and taxes.

Jan 27,2025I book a room a the Horseshoe Casino/hotel in Bossier City and when arriving to check in they did not have my reservation. Not only did the hotel not have my reservation and could not do anything with the confirmation number I was given by BookOnline, but the Double King suite is not even an option to book. Very very dissatisfied with this service.

Jan 29,2025Thought I was at the Best Western site for my reservation, but found out after making the reservation it was BookOnline who wants to charge me ~$25 for the right to cancel the reservation I thought was already refundable! Crooks!
