Dec 08,2022The physical quality of the book I ordered is poor. The pages of are ragged on the non-binding edge of the book. Bought it for myself and it is readable, so will keep it, but would never gift it. It looks like a "second."

Dec 07,2022Great company. But shipping needs improvement. My latest order came with the box barely holding together. The bottom of the box was unglued and the side was split open. My last order had never made it and the replacements sent to me are also lost in the mail. Which makes sense after seeing the box from the order that did make it to me.

Dec 01,2022I love the selection of books that you have, and I especially love the prices. One addition to your website I would really appreciate would be the ability to search my past orders. I sometimes forget whether or not I have purchased an item, and it is so time consuming to go back and search each order individually. We order a lot of books, so a search feature would make that process so much easier.

Nov 29,2022The books could have been packaged better. There was nothing protecting them! And a lot of them got bent covers and pages in the process. The box had a huge hole in it! And since there was no other barrier like plastic or some other protective barrier the books got a bit dirty.

Nov 22,2022My package was delivered in a plastic packaging, usually I would get my package in a normal box because of the content. It was wrapped tightly in a plastic packaging and damaged the corners of a couple of books. Also, I am missing two items from my order. This is the first time I'm disappointed with Book Outlet.

Nov 21,2022Awesome experience! I was able to purchase the Jesus Bible journal collections for half the price!! I was worried what I would get when I received them, but to my amazement they were new! Still in the shrink wrap and all. The corner of the box holding the set was slightly bent, but you can't really tell and all the Bibles were in perfect condition! This will be my go to spot for ordering books! It's really too good to pass up. Shipping took about a week and to me that isn't that bad. So happy!
