Jan 27,2015I ordered a bumper for my son's stokke xplory stroller, to my surprise it was dispatched a week after I ordered it, even though it normally takes 4 to 6 weeks, the delivery was fast too!. I highly recommend this seller!!!!

Jan 13,2015I ordered an Ergobaby carrier from Born for a friend. Born are a genuine supplier of Ergobaby, no fakes. They estimated that the product would be delivered within 3 - 5 working days of ordering, in fact it was delivered just 2 working days later!! The personal hand written note with the parcel really is a nice touch and makes you realise that they really do care about their business and customers! I would recommend Born to anyone. A great experience.

They helped me with the breastfeeding, with 'no getting enough sleep', with carrier, staff also cheered me up, when I felt really low. I just can say Thank you!

Jan 08,2015Really impressed with product range and great customer service in confirmation of order and knowing delivery info etc. I was also informed that my item had been used for display in case this caused me any concerns prior to it being dispatched. I have ordered again but did think more postage options would be good for small and light items as £5 seems quite expensive.

Dec 30,2014Happy I finally received my purchase but the service Or should I stay lack of one was not what I was excepting having been recommended by friends only after a email from myself did the Customer service bother to look into for me the offer of a discount card for future ha ha use was still sent to me but as I explained at the time was not required so ended up in my recycle bin you lost one customer hope things improve for future ones

Dec 29,2014Having tried and failed to order the Ergobaby newborn insert from a variety of major retailers (John Lewis, Mothercare etc) owing to a lack of stock, my wife resorted to buying a second-hand one off eBay. She lost the bid in the dying seconds and the insert went for £19. We then stumbled across Born, who offered a 10% discount on a first order and were thus cheaper to buy from brand new than doing so second-hand from eBay - and they had the insert in stock. They also offered next-day delivery, which we needed. The insert arrived promptly and included a hand-written thank you card from the company, which I thought was a nice touch. We were very pleased indeed with the service that Born offered.
