Sep 24,2014Although when I finally placed my order the lady was very nice, she was unable to tell me what exactly it was that I needed to order even though I had all of the item codes for each piece. Second time I phoned the systems were down and was told I would be phoned back. I wasn't. Third time I called a lady with limited English answered my call and tried to help but luckily another lady took my call and I placed some of my order. I'm supposed to be receiving a call to tell me when something else I wanted is in stock...we shall see. Will use again but not a great customer experience.

Sep 23,2014After deliberating over what to do about a new pushchair we called born direct about a deal they had in store. The staff were extremely helpful over the phone and managed to arrange delivery of our item for the very next day. I'm looking forward to using our purchase and hope that this will be one of our new 'go to' places when we need any additional products.

Sep 16,2014I can recommend this shop to everyone! My experience was good. Only promlem was with the delivery company UPS who coudn't deliver my package to my home.. Luckily I managed to pick upp the packege from UPS myself.

Aug 15,2014I first contacted Born Customer Services with some queries about two products (Tripp Trapp Extender Gliders and Replacement Gliders) I had seen on their website. A week passed, and no response, so I contacted them again. I got a quick response that time. I decided to place my order over the phone rather than online, as a mis-matched picture on their website made me think they might send me the wrong product if I ordered online. I had great customer service on the phone and spoke to a very friendly and personable assistant, and my products have now arrived, a few weeks later (but I was aware it would take 4-6 weeks to receive them). However, having now received the products, it seems that Born gave me incorrect information in response to my initial email enquiry, and one of the products ordered (the Replacement Gliders) is in fact unnecessary when they had told me I would need it. So all in all, quite a mixed experience!

Aug 11,2014I recetly ordered a 'dream blanket' for my 2 year old son. It arrived promptly. It's a really lovely blanket, however there were some very long 'thread ends' in it, which I had to cut off. I hope it doesn't affect the blanket, and cause it to become unstitched.

Aug 07,2014Prior to having a baby I had only ventured into Born to buy a present for a friends baby. However, since giving birth 6 months ago most of my purchases have been made here.The staff are just lovely and so helpful and the level of customer service makes me happy to be a return customer.

I found it was a really straightforward shopping experience, great customer service, quick delivery. Then I checked what other stuff they have and was truly impressed. Will definitely be shopping here again! :D
