Feb 07,2013It was very hard to find a loose Stokke rain cover anywhere else, including the retailers recommended by the Stokke help support, mine was ripped in various places and needed a replacement urgently. Born were very quick, I got it in only four days.

Feb 07,2013The website has some lovely products and I was particularly pleased with the blanket. I'd been looking all over for a soft woollen baby blanket in a bright colour rather than the usual pastels. The despatch and delivery could've been a bit quicker though it was nice to receive something from the postman rather than have to mess around with couriers.

Feb 07,2013The lady in the London shop spent ages on the phone to me explaining about different types of reusable nappies & how to care for them, and also took my 'nappies for London' voucher by email as I couldn't come into the shop in person. Really impressed, will order more nappies from you!

Feb 06,2013After having many problems with another company I was left worrying that I wouldn't have my baby's car seat in time for the arrival of my baby. However I should never have worried Born Direct provided me with a fantastic service keeping me up to date with when my seat was going to arrive. I wish every Retailer was as Professional and reliable as Born Direct!! I will definitely be an advocate of such a fantastic company!! ***** My Stokke Easi go car seat is fab too!! :)

Feb 06,2013Called Born store to check whether Stokke baskets would check our old style Stokke changing table. First person on the phone was fairly rude and said no, I pointed out that review on website said they did, called me back to say that they would fit so I ordered them. On arrival I discovered that they were much smaller than the table and not shaped in the same way. Store not much help at any stage, providing dimensions would have been useful.

Feb 19,2013Born in Stoke Newington has to be my favourite shop ever. It is where I discovered all of my 'can't live without baby products' from my bugaboo cameleon to padraig slippers, green baby clothing range, my close parent carrier and reusable nappies. I love how the shop has educated me and changed how we parent too. The staff helped us make informed decisions and take a more green approach to parenting.
