But the CS team jumped on, over communicated, arranged a special delivery for the following day and provided credit against the next day service paid for. Another example of great CS, as let’s face it… sometime s$¥t will happen, is how it’s dealt with that counts.

Apr 17,2023The stand came so quick, we were impressed with delivery and shipping timeline. Everything was in place when opened and came in nice clean, sleek packaging. The stand looks ever better in person! We immediately tested that our iPad would fit in it and hold. It’s fits perfectly. Really love the adjustable screen angle and swivel option to turn any direction. My only concern is that the cork board bottom may not offer much grip and it could easily get bumped over. However, we plan to keep it movable instead of mounting so it’s a risk we’re willing to take. I can’t wait to use this daily!! Thanks for making so a great affordable product! Excellent service in my experience.
