Nice Look and Feel. Unfortunately, the volume buttons on the iPad (10th) 10.9 can only be used with a mechanical modification when the mask is fitted.

Super sturdy packaging! Everything arrived in great shape. Directions were great, and I assembled everything and was ready to go in about five minutes!

The stand is made very well and feels sturdy. Directions are a little difficult to understand in a couple of places. I love the locking feature to keep our iPad secure. Everything lined up nicely and the printer fit perfectly as shown. The floor stand cover was our biggest issue. The magnetic screws do not hold it down securely. Also, the small hole where the cords are supposed to come out from under the cover was solid. We broke it out and thankfully it broke evenly. There was nothing in the directions that said we would have to open that space up for the cords. The cover moves every time we pick the stand up to move it even with the rubber piece on. If this could somehow be secured, this would be a perfect piece. However, even with this small issue, we would purchase another one in the future. It is going to be a very versatile piece for our church.

Our original choice of color was on back-order. Bouncepad did a great job of keeping us in the loop the entire time and getting our stand to us in a timely manner once it was available. We will definitely order again.

Superb customer service! Unfortunately, there was a courier delay with our order, which would've delayed it for an event we needed the iPad holders for. Bouncepad were straight on it and re-sent a new order to arrive at our event in time and even tracked it for us, to make sure it made it safely! Thank you Remi, we really appreciate all your help!
