After ordering some product online our client made a total change of mind in their presentation media so we had to return the entire order and place a new order. Bouncepad personnel were great in getting me return information and labels so that I could return the unwanted items, and meanwhile, I did order the new enclosures that arrived promptly and are now awaiting shipment to the tradeshow floor.

Good quality product which provides a secure and sturdy case for the iPad in our reception area. We purchased ours with a flexible joint but it would benefit with a bit more angles of adjustment and the ability to swivel left to right too.
