Sep 14,2020My second Bouncepad kiosk for my company's check-in iPads in two medical clinics. The product is very well made, real quality, good design, no cheap sharp edges or anything plasticky - good quality metal, attractive lines. I have one Floorstanding and one Counter. As well as the product, the service is excellent - really excellent. Great by online chat, email or (rare these days) phone! Perish the thought you can actually TALK to a real person in moments! This time around I had Tanya who was great because I was caught between iPads of two different sizes, so ended up pausing an order, ordering a second enclosure while I still had the first and then sending one back, all arranged and managed with great patience and customer focus. Above and beyond, without a doubt. At the end of the day, whatever you buy, you want to know there is someone you can go back to and with Bouncepad you can. Probably not the cheapest but definitely the best!

Product is great and good build quality both materials and workmanship as well as it is very compete design that encloses the tablet fully and allows one to set up tablet in away that users can't do more than is desired by installer.
