This is the second time we have ordered from Bouncepad. The products are excellent and provide the protection for our iPads and ease of use for customers as expected. We had to return 2 cases on our most recent order as we had to change the ipads being used. The customer service and orders team couldn't have been more helpful and provided a swift turn around allowing us to get set up in time for re-opening. In summary, great products and great service mean we will not be looking elsewhere.

What a great experience. My concern was how quick and simple the process was, thinking that something will go wrong, but nothing did and package got delivered on schedule, easy to assemble and will be using more.

Top quality product and perfect in my mobile coffee unit. The only brand on the market that would take the larger sized ipad. And super helpful and friendly customer support / sales. You won't be disappointed with the investment.

Product arrived well packed. Clear instructions. Given the application within a work area, the stand and frame are really well made and are robust. Looks good on the counter.

The product is sturdy, composed of metal, but it could be machined a bit better in my opinion. Screw holes are not perfect and I had one of the screws snap on me when trying to tighten the ipad holder to the neck of the stand. Screws did not fit into place 100%. Also, for the price, this item should come already assembled. You'll probably save money on packaging having to use 1 box compared to 3 boxes. Also saves the customer the hassle of building something that even the screws are not a standard Philips or flat head variety.

Your delivery company does not have a clue what they’re doing. They Call me for about 3 second and don’t answer when I call back. Den they send you the message that they have tried to deliver the package but can’t reach the customer.
