Within 10 minutes Abegail was able to find a solution and sort out the problem I was having with the account. She was extremely nice, patient, and welcoming.

Plus they have customer reps that help with questions and issues along the way. Our rep was Ivy and she was great. Always responded to us in less than 24 hours and helped resolve our issues. They have a good QA process and they identify issues with documentation that you couldn’t pick up on your own. It took us about six weeks from start to finish to apply for the Green card including pulling together our documentation. It’s a very good value for the price. Their website alone is worthwhile as it really organizes everything and is so easy for filling out the forms. We paid the extra for legal review which gave us more piece of mind plus a valuable half hour with an experienced attorney to ask questions and talk through the process…. Overall easy 5 stars

Nov 21,2024I started my whole process when the company was still called Bridge when my employer requested for my green card process under EB-3 status. I have to say that the whole process was distinguished by 2 main aspects: * lack of communication on next steps * lack of proactiveness My process got delayed 2 years because the first law firm that was used with "Bridge" got wrong the documentation for the PERM process and they had to do it all over again with another law firm. they did it free of charge but again it still delayed my process to be started all over again. During the whole process never did I understand how the whole process would look like. Maybe my employer got that kind of information but I never got explained with detail what my whole process would look like. Many costs were not clearly communicated, coming to unexpected costs that I was not prepared for. And the last straw that broke everything for me, was that during the gathering of documentation for my adjustment of status for my wife, we were never communicated the documentation they needed for like 2-3 weeks. If I had not sent an email asking for what we were missing and why we hadn't receive any update of what else was needed, the team wouldn't have notified that we needed to upload my wife's documentation. Apparently we should have received a notification by email but we never did, not even on junk mail. I was actually quite surprised that the company has 4.8 on trustpilot, because the communication was far from what I would expect for that rating and pricing. Lastly, I want to note, that I understand that the green card process can be lenghty and there are many things that are not on the law firm's hands. But the only thing I wanted was clear communication and expectations, for the most part I had the impression of being blindfolded until the very end. If you are considering using an immigration team to handle your green card process please go somewhere else where you can get clear communication.
