Dec 05,2024My son and daughter in law have been in the Boundless process for a year! So still not sent to the gov't. Like come on! It's said it's another year for it to go through the govt process. And during this time it's recommended he doesnt go see her? Ridiculous! Not impressed. Edit to add after receiving an email threatening if I don't give more details they'll just assume my review isn't genuine. This is what I wrote to their email but of course it couldn't be replied to. You don't think it's genuine? Really? I'm not posting their whole experience publicly. They've been apart now for over a year cause they told him he shouldn't visit her. He most certainly could have visited her while the paperwork was still in THEIR process. I don't even know if it's gotten to the govt yet. They pay thousands and they're still waiting. Have had to provide multiple times more information or paperwork. The govt says up to a year for the application to go through their system so that's another year they can't see each other. I get it for those that are just doing it for the green card but these 2 are not. They actually love each other and wanna spend the rest of their lives together.....is this process ever gets done! So I don't know what more info you want to satisfy you that the review is "genuine".

Dec 05,2024I was under the the impression that they would help my fiancee and I for the interview preparation at the embassy. I had retirement income of $92,000 which way over the 125% poverty limit. The embassy told my fiancee I had to have W-2s not 1099 forms which what you use to file your taxes with IRS. I had to find a co-sponsor and pay them 5,000 to be my fiancée co-sponsor since they said my $92,000 wasn't enough to sponsor my fiancee. Boundless immigration had no knowledge of this nor tried to get clarification on this. Now I'm paying an additional 5,000. When we get married After arriving in U.S. I will file another avidafft of support. My fiancée and I went through a lot of stress because of their lack of knowledge and compassion.

Dec 05,2024Me and my partner used Boundless for our K1 visa which was super easy and a blessing for us that we decided to use them again for our Change of Status application. We were super lucky to be assigned with John Lloyd Segarra who helped us along the way. He kept us reassured at all times and made sure everything was complete, corrected and informed. We had a little hiccup in the process, however John saved us and ensured us everything will be done all the way through to the end. His communication skills are amazing and he took a huge weight off our shoulders. We really recommend Boundless and whomever is lucky to get John as there Immigration Lawyer, just know your process will sail through nicely.

Dec 04,2024After charging me $1,374 I go to fill out my application. Apparently though it doesn't disqualify me from a k1 visa question 1 disqualified me from their services. I now need to wait about a week to get my refund. It seems they only want the type of applications with no additional documents needed, which makes their service useless. They should have prequalifier questions prior to charging, instead of discriminating paying customers for additional help needed, and reject them in order to give them a higher approval rating for passed applications.

After a certain milestone in the AOS process we received a case agent, Ivy, who has been our fixed point of contact and has been amazing throughout, always replying quickly and resolving things to allow us to move forward. i couldn't imagine trying to figure this process out without this team and this case agent.
