Jan 12,2025I DO NOT RECOMMEND… read at your own risk. Me and my partner started to use Boundless, when things started to look a bit erm odd…it started when we both emailed them, I replied to an email from one of their customer service representatives and didn’t hear anything back, likewise with my partner. When she tried to use the online chat it was apparently down, she called the number they provided her about the problem that caused most alarm to us. When you visit the website it shows two options for K-1: essential and premium but when you get into the process just as you’ve uploaded pictures, you find you need to pay and extra $700 ish for them to file which is exactly what it basically cost to do yourself, I would not recommend this at all. We’re going to do ourselves so everything is clear and no cost are HIDDEN. Like I said when you first do it seems like good deal but then when the flood gates open prepare to spend a lot…along with this when we went to call to cancel, my partner was answered and explained she wanted to cancel the representative told her to wait one second and then dropped the line, which didn’t happen when we called 45 mins earlier to ask about costs and then potentially getting more money from us. This is our experience and opinion of Boundless Immigration. (Do it yourself and save money)💰

We had a few questions and asked to get in touch with her for a quick call, she responded very promptly and said she could schedule a call for the next day since it was the end of the day. We called this morning and thought of about 15 more questions. She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! She took her time, answered each of our many questions thoroughly. She even helped us submit some things that we didn't have a chance to submit before our document check. She was very knowlegable about all of the information and she made us feel much more comfortable with this entire process.
