Aug 07,2024I have an ongoing green card process with boundless and they’ve been extremely patient with me. Answering all my questions (I had MANY) and promptly getting back to me. Ellysa has been so helpful since the start of our process and even called me to be able to explain things better and ask me if i needed anything else. Andre has also been evaluating our documents and making sure everything was correct. So grateful for them. My husband is deployed and I feel very lost doing a lot of this alone, but with Boundless guidance I feel very confident everything worked out great.

Not only did she quickly answer my initial question, she then caught an error in my application process and calmly helped me navigate through a range of questions and concerns that came up from identifying the error. I deal with a lot of customer service, and this kind of proactive support is rare. If this is how Boundless trains all its agents, then they are doing something really right, and other companies need to sit up and take notes.
