Jul 31,2024Boundless is a scam. They told me that I could roll the USCIS fees into a monthly payment including their fees, and I could make 4 payments and they would submit documents to the USCIS while we continued paying to speed up the process. The website said 8 payments, so I asked the sales rep several times "Are you sure its only 4 payments" and she is on record as being recorded, confirming only 4 payments were necessary. When I called the company out for a different lie, a lady named Jessrick said that she wanted to make it clear that it is 8 payments. So not only did they lie, they tried playing it off and covering it up as if it never happened. My husband and I ended up hiring an immigration attorney who will actually help us if a Request for Evidence is issued(Boundless does NOT Help with this, and Boundless are NOT attorneys). Save yourself the money and hire an attorney, or at least someone who cares about you and doesn't lie.

We had a ton of questions and were thrilled that we received Froidelyn as our representative. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to research a couple of specifics that she did not have experience with. She sent us links to things to make our lives easier.
