So far, I can say I am satisfied. Ivy was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. Thank you Ivy! I cannot speak for the rest of their service yet, and trust that the information I received today is accurate, but so far so good. Jul 25,2024Me and my fiancé applied for her k1 Visa with boundless. Throughout the entire process, the boundless team was the most helpful group of people during the time. With how stressful the process can be, they definitely give a sense of comfort. Upon boundless preparing our application for us, we sent it to the USCIS for a review, and within 5 months we got approved! Then just a couple months later, her visa was approved! I highly recommend!

Jul 25,2024Avoid!!! They run you around in circles and continue to ask for more money even after paid in full. Will actually drive you crazy please get a real lawyer you can sit down with. These are all live agents that know nothing they will also charge you to speak with a paralegal it’s not even included.

Ken was able to get access quickly, revert everything, and get the documents back that I uploaded, as well as put me back to exactly where I was in the process of the application.
