Feb 11,2025Terrible experience with our green card application through Boundless. Application and files have been completed, reviewed, and ready to be sent out for a month now, but Boundless won't print and send them out and keep delaying the process. As other reviews have stated, we are in an endless review loop that we can't seem to get out of even though we all agreed a month ago the package was ready to be sent. Multiple calls to customer service have provided no resolution. Our application has now been delayed for a month for no valid reason. There is not one set person that you can deal with, just a general customer service line and all they do is say they will check on the application, but then nothing ever happens. I do not recommend working with Boundless. UPDATE - finally was able to speak to a supervisor on Feb 11 who assured us our application would be finalized within a couple days. As of today, 2/18, it is still not complete and haven't heard from them. This is not a serious company and you do not want to put your visa results in their hands. We truly regret hiring Boundless and, of course, all application fees and Boundless fees were paid up front so there is no incentive for them to complete the work in a timely manner and they are holding the application fees to be sent to USCIS. Please do yourself a favor and read the recent Google reviews about this company.

I reached out via the chat function and they gave me some guidance on how to go about writing the declaration. They even took the time to review a draft I sent over which was really awesome of them.

Feb 09,2025Today is a Saturday, and I worked on the green Card, among other things, all day. Keith, from Boundless, helped me this morning, Andre this afternoon, and finally Jessa answered my last question of the day. The US immigration system is a byzantine mess created by an overblown bureacracy, and I would be lost trying to navigate these waters by myself. The people at Boundless have all made the journey themselves, so they understand. It's a good company.

Feb 08,2025Poor coordination between them and their independent attorneys. Minor changes can take you weeks to receive an update from their attorney. I had a minor delay issue with them during my K1 visa but the AOS though I paid for premium is definitely a flop. I lost 2 months of delay for minor changes. my friend came with me the same day, he filled the docs by himself mailed them to the USCIS, and got approval while I paid my money to boundless to be overwhelmed by this unjustified delay. I am not satisfied and I do not recommend Boundless.
