Jan 18,2025I’m very disappointed with this company, thought it would be a good option to do my AOS with them but ended up in a nightmare, I paid all the fees on December 21st, every stage with them would take at least 3 days for them to review, every document requested by them was uploaded as soon as I saw a notification or email from them, remembered when a talk to 2 different agents through the phone I mentioned that I want to get everything done before Jan 20th, guess what? It won’t happen, so I decide to do it by myself and ask for refund since 2 agents lie to me to engage on their service and now they don’t want to refund me, even after talking to 3 different agents through the phone about getting a full refund and they say yes, since I’m not satisfied whit their service on the same page they talk about the “14 days refund” says “We will review all other refund requests outside of these policies on a case-by-case basis.”, I just want my money tbh since it only took me 1 days to filled out all the forms and send it to USCIS.
