Second, Karen did a great job not just providing, what I am sure are some auto generated responses that answered my question, but also, actually answering my questions, which may not have fit within the auto generated responses. Jan 20,2025Steven easily solved my problem! My biggest issues were 1 The chat feature gave NO notification about how long the wait for a rep was. So I sat there being confused and getting frustrated which could have been taken out on the rep who did not deserve it. Some feature giving an estimate or even a thank you for holding rather than a BLANK screen would be helpful. 2 The auto populate feature that DIDN'T work when selected caused my issue to need customer service help. Steven was great and fixed my issue since I couldn't get the address to populate no matter how many times I selected it...
