I had loads of questions about sizing, weight, shipping time,,,the customer service team was exceptional and responded quickly and thoroughly. They helped me find the right products and expedited shipping them for me. We set them up yesterday and they are gorgeous. The quality and finish on all the products is proper. These were for a client, now I’d like to purchase one for my family!

Apr 28,2023There was a problem with paying online in the website but I was provided with another payment option. Shipping and customs representation from DHL to Bulgaria took a while but that’s on DHL. We absolutely loved our Nova Air Dome tent. It inflates really quickly and easily and it is spacious and comfortable. We were so excited that we pitched it in our apartment in the living room. Didn’t quite fit there but it was fun. 😄 Looking forward for our first excursion. We are currently waiting for our wood burning stove which had a delay as it wasn’t available when we ordered it and I expect it to be the same great quality as the tent which has every detail thought of. The team is very responsive. They reply on the same day or on the next and facilitate the process which is great especially for Europe shipping and customs fees. They include it in the delivery and that makes it much easier. Thank you!

I felt that the company actually value their customers, and my cats are obsessed with the box my tent came in so if you're ever short on business ideas, sell your boxes to pet shops.

The tents are really nice, spacious and hold up well in the wind and rain, so I am looking forward to using our replacement in the future. Great and friendly customer service. A*

Apr 18,2023Not only do I love the sanctuary that is my bell tent, but it's also sturdy enough to survive high winds at Burning Man (when anchored with lag bolts). My friends are excited whenever it makes an outing because it becomes the go-to spot. I was nervous to make such a large investment but in less than a year, it's already been worth it. With such high quality, I know it'll last a long time.

Apr 15,20234m Star Bell tent is awesome but 4m external groundsheet (accessory) doesn’t quite match on the ground. We’ve yet to work out how best to fit the two half moon mats, the pole table and the single chandelier (accessories) into the tent - much more patience and practice required.
