Mar 15,2023Purchased a 5mtr classic Bell tent with accessories. all arrived promptly although missing a fixing for the flue pipe flange. after speaking to Kevin another flange was sent out exceptionally quickly. We put the tent up yesterday a fortnight before using just to check the ease and it was simple. we developed a problem as in the wind pulled the A frame door rain cover off which tore a 30 inch gash in the canvas. after contacting and speaking to Sam we have a replacement arriving shortly. absolute class customer service from them both. I would go further and say probably the the best I have encountered. We will definitely recommend Boutique Camping to all our friends and associates. thanks Guys

Mar 09,2023Forgot to include in previous review.... I also purchased 2 bell tent chandeliers for my tent and as a gidt for a friend. Utterly silly to have a chandelier for Australian bush camping, but it's such fun. I'll have to do some snooping around for better LED tea candle lights..... mine just could have pumped out a tad more light. But the chandelier itself it great, well made etc. Friend loves hers. Dealing with Boutique Camping was easy and postage to Australia not exactly cheap but well worth the investment.

Mar 29,2023Customer service is great! Top Notch! The Tent itself obviously glorious, The Nova Air Dome is just a cool thing to behold. It goes up so fast once you get the hang of it. (I've put it up by myself 2× and I did break a sweat. 2 or 3 people no sweat. My only criticism would be w the pole that holds the hangover the door is not very flexible for how much pressure it takes. Mine broke breaking down my tent last time. 🙄 Other then that quirk, its well made w obvious care to attention to details. The D rings on the pillars is a really nice touch I appreciate. Thank you.
