Nov 01,2023I ordered a dog bed and feeding bowls with a personalised door mat. While I received my door mat a few days later I have never received the dog bed and bowls. I called the so called customer service team and have pushed from pillow to post. Firstly when discussing my order she was talking about a totally different persons order and when pulled up about this the reply was simply oh wrong person! Clearly this is a regular occurrence. Over the calls I have made it’s always been the same response. Oh we are waiting for yodel to show us proof of delivery because they have said they delivered. In mind I ordered this back in August and we are now on the 1st November still with no update apart from we are still waiting for yodel to send us a picture of delivery. If they have not sent you a picture now then you will not get a picture as it’s not been delivered!!! When I asked to speak to a manager how funny they are never available after you just said I am putting you on hold to speak to my manager! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company that is taking money from people and not delivering goods in a cost of living crisis.
