Aug 02,2023So I ordered a personalised notebook from them with the initials engraved in gold but when I received it the initials were black so I emailed them and they were so helpful they immediately sent out another notebook engraved with gold intials which I received the next day via dpd and the notebook itself was gorgeous gave it as a gift and the receiver loved it. Customer service is outstanding and product quality is 10/10.
