We had an email from a real person letting us know how they were getting on and then that they were going to be earlier and we booked a delivery date directly with them- this was a great service. Also, we’re really delighted with the product itself.

We received our tiles on time and in good order. We noticed that the photographs were a close representation of what the tiles look like in person. A few tiles needed replacing and that was not a problem either. Thank you Alex!

From the get go Alex was super helpful when I emailed asking to add an extra box of tiles to our order, sorting this straight away. Then when there was a hiccup with delivery I was kept updated by email and the tiles arrived exactly when the email said they would, well packaged and without any breakages. The quality of the tiles we ordered is exceptional, they really are beautiful and well worth the money spent on them. Thank you Alex and Boutiquestone I will definitely be recommending you.
