Great customer service. We had to order an additional box of tiles last minute and boutique stone were very quick to respond and accommodating. The tiles are quality too!

Super helpful on phone, physically checking that what I wanted was in stock to guide delivery date accurately. Beautiful tiles, exactly what I was looking for (and I had a very fixed idea!) speedy and safe delivery.

Stunning tiles! The best version you can get of this style of terrazzo. Had many samples and nowhere compared to the colours and clarity. Speedy delivery too!

Excellent tiles both shower and flooring. Couldn’t be more pleased. The tiles have been commented on by all who have seen them. Customer service has been first rate. Despite having the bathroom ripped out due to poor installation I didn’t hesitate to reorder tiles from this company.

Lovely quality product and the tiles were delivered within a very short space of time after we contacted the company to ask if the delivery date could be changed. Very responsive staff who go above and beyond for customers. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful tiles but had to do click and collect because delivery was so expensive just for 6 tiles , fortunately I knew someone who was working 20 miles away and picked them up . But saying this I do understand that you have to pay the pallet price .
