Sep 27,2023Excellent customer service! Boutique Stone were very communicative around delivery times and processes. We had a late delay to the start of our project and they kept our order on hold until we were ready. And then when I changed my mind and asked for an earlier delivery date they accommodated me. As for the tiles, we haven’t yet installed them, but in the box they look great!

Sep 17,2023Received my tiles yesterday, delivered intact. Driver didn’t have a choice other than a kerb drop for me. Inspected all tiles, no faults. Boutique Stone have kept in touch with me, from purchase to delivery! In time and on completion, I will forward pics of the install!

Whilst delivery had taken a little longer than originally thought when browsing the website, it was clearly communicated when ordering that it would take a few weeks rather than days. I was keen to support a smaller business like Boutique Stone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I loved the personal touch!

The tiles arrived in an extremely secured manner and none of the tiles were damaged. Very happy with the excellent and warm service Boutique Stone and Alex have provided. Highly Recommended!!😊
