Apr 16,2025I have a VERY hypermobile wrist due to a fracture (in 4 different places) in my teens. I have tried so many different braces and nothing provided enough support during my intense workouts with my trainer. I often had to adjust, readjust, and ultimately modify my workout just to not irritate my wrist. This brace has allowed me to get through my hour long workouts without worry, no time wasted, just getting the workout done. Apr 22,2025The brace gives great support for lifting objects and helps with the pain, however they start to irritate the area where my thumb bends. I wish the inside of the brace where my thumb bends towards the palm were softer so it did not hurt or irritate me after wearing it after a while. For the price, I think the concept could have been a little better so it gave support to the thumb joint but didn't eventually cause irritation in the thumb area. My ortho MD wants me to wear them all day on each hand, but I have to take them off and put them back on because they start to be uncomfortable. They do help though when I wear them giving my thumbs joint support. I also like the fact that they're not big and bulky.
