Mar 28,2025I ordered the wrong size. When I called customer service they sent me a prepaid return address form so I could return the brace I purchased. Then they sent me a larger size. The entire process was bet customer friendly.

Mar 27,2025The website was easy to navigate and instructions were clear and straightforward. I had previously ordered one for my right hand and had used it often. When the other thumb showed signs of discomfort, again due to osteoarthritis, I knew that the Metagrip was what it needed. It was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Take it from a repeat customer, this company has great products that I highly recommend!

Mar 27,2025Ortho specialist said my thumb joint is "end-stage"; nothing more can be done. This brace helps stabilize the joint and greatly reduces the pain from even slight movements. LOVE IT!!!

Mar 26,2025The edges are sharp and irritating. Bending the metal insert is difficult. Just a little effort to make them comfortable would be nice. They are expensive garbage.

Mar 26,2025I measured correctly. Too tight. Way too expensive for what the product actually is. Not well-made. Bites into the thumb and the material is very cheap and the stitching is not very good. I thought because it was expensive. It would be better than something I could buy online for less than half the price, but not even close..
